Taking Neiru from negative to positive membership growth

Being one of the largest Japanese Nail Art memberships in the world we worked with the Neiru Team to implement a simple sales funnel to drive new member growth.

Neiru reached out to us to take their membership to the next level by fixing a leaking sales funnel. 

We took the challenge head-on by focusing on new target audiences, developing a stronger initial sale offer and launching a creative retargeting campaign.

Our Strategy

After analyzing the current strategy we identified an immediate opportunity to gain new trial members to reduce the reliance on the email funnel 

Immediate trail offer after Lead Magnet
Overhaul ads targeting and creation of new target audiences
Adjust marketing message to align customer with Neiru's desired outcome

Marketing Goals

We ran Facebook campaigns to help promote specific content pieces for brand awareness in the US, AUS and JPN. These were set up to target a very specific, relevant  audience across demographic, allowing us to maximise relevance, impression share and ROI.

Funnel optimisation

We analysed existing funnel elements  including landing pages, email funnels and sales pages to identify leaks that were costing money. These elements were overhauled through design changes, stronger and more compelling sales copy and a focus on customer outcomes. 

The Results

Between January to August we managed to smash all targets and exceed every single goal set. PPC traffic went up 51%, new leads  up 80% and revenue up 27% Year on Year.
